The board game Chutes and Ladders served as inspiration for this scenic design. Like life, the game offers multiple paths to success. Players climb, fall, and climb again—each journey is different. Similarly, each character in Edges follows their own path. Some are knocked down by life’s events, but all ultimately rise and strive toward their personal Everest—their goal.

The stage comes alive through a dynamic, climbable landscape of platforms, ladders, ramps, and a fireman's pole.
