Pete the Cat is a theatrical production at the Denver Children's Theater at the Mizel Arts and Culture Center within the JCC in Denver, CO. The production bridges the gap between the loved children book and character with theater. It does this by bringing to life the illustration style of the books within the design. This production also explores the use of Pantomime, in which there were very limited properties and instead the action of props was all mimed. This aided in audience engagement and opened the door to imagination.
This show was designed to be 100% Modular with the ability to strike from the stage at any moment.
